The 2nd edition of ACQUARIAITALIA will take place on 19, 20 and 21 September 2026 at Malpensa Fiere, near Milan, Italy.
Three days dedicated entirely to the aquarium world, bringing together hobbyists, companies, retailers, professionals and international guests from across Europe and beyond.
Why ACQUARIAITALIA 2026?
ACQUARIAITALIA is the Italian exhibition entirely dedicated to the world of aquariums, bringing freshwater and marine aquaristics together under one roof.
Created by aquarists for aquarists, it is designed to be a meeting point for the Italian and European aquarium community and a place where enthusiasts can discover new products, extraordinary animals, new ideas and some of the most exciting developments in our hobby.
Marine aquariums, freshwater aquariums, corals, fish, aquascaping, cold-water systems and Mediterranean aquariums: different sides of the same passion come together at AcquariaItalia.
300+ AQUARIUMS. FRESHWATER & MARINE. ONE EVENT.
In 2026, visitors will be able to discover more than 300 aquariums throughout the exhibition, featuring freshwater and marine fish, corals, aquascaping and a huge variety of aquatic life.
From spectacular reef tanks to planted aquariums, rare and unusual fish and special exhibition projects, AcquariaItalia is designed to offer something worth discovering around every corner.
And among the highlights of the 2026 edition will be something truly exceptional:
A 5,000-LITRE AQUARIUM WITH LARGE PREDATORY FISH
One of the most ambitious displays ever presented at AcquariaItalia: a spectacular aquarium of approximately 5,000 litres, specially created for the exhibition and populated by large predatory fish.
A project that will become one of the centrepieces of AcquariaItalia 2026.
And this is only one of the surprises we are preparing.
EVENTS, ACTIVITIES AND INTERNATIONAL GUESTS
Throughout the weekend, AcquariaItalia will host talks, workshops, live demonstrations, guided tours, special presentations and international guests, covering both the freshwater and marine sides of the hobby.
Visitors will have the opportunity not only to see hundreds of aquariums and animals, but also to meet companies, breeders, specialists and some of the people shaping the aquarium industry today.
THREE DAYS – TWO DIFFERENT EXPERIENCES
AcquariaItalia 2026 combines a full weekend dedicated to hobbyists with a third day created specifically for the aquarium trade.
Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September
Open to the general public, aquarium enthusiasts and everyone who wants to discover the aquarium world.
Monday 21 September – B2B Professional Day
Reserved exclusively for aquarium industry professionals, including retailers, importers, distributors, manufacturers and other qualified operators.
Monday is designed to offer a quieter and more business-oriented environment where exhibitors and professionals can meet, develop new contacts, discuss distribution and explore new commercial opportunities.
ITALIAN AND INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITORS
AcquariaItalia is bringing together companies, brands, coral farms, fish specialists, retailers and aquarium professionals from Italy and other European countries, creating an increasingly international meeting point for our industry and hobby.
Our goal is not simply to make AcquariaItalia bigger.
We want to make it one of the European aquarium events worth travelling for.

The AcquariaItalia project was born from an idea by DaniReef, developed in collaboration with Daniel Baiocco of Esotika Pet Show and all the contributors who have helped us build and grow this project.
