Online Accreditation
Journalists are one of the most valuable supports for the authentic presentation of industry-specific topics and products at AcquariaItalia. As the event organizers, we aim to make it easier for you, as a media representative, to access information about our events and our company by granting you accreditation. Accreditation is granted exclusively for journalistic purposes.
In good time before AcquariaItalia, you can accredit yourself online as a media representative here prior to the event.
Media accreditation can be obtained by individuals from Italy or other countries who can provide proof of their journalistic activities (including photojournalism) (related to the topic of the exhibition in question) as follows:
a. By submitting bylined articles published no earlier than six months before the event.
b. By submitting a legal notice naming them as editors, permanent editorial staff, or authors, which is no older than three months at the time of the event.
c. By presenting a written assignment from an editorial office, in its original form, related to the current exhibition.
d. Through a web link to an online publication with a reference to the topic of the exhibition or one that is established in the industry community and can demonstrate adequate reach. In these cases, early accreditation is required due to the extra verification effort. Online media of this type must have existed for at least three months, must produce regular entries, and the most recent article related to the exhibition topic must be no older than three months. (In individual cases, separate and more detailed accreditation rules may be specified for bloggers, with a separate status for bloggers.)
e. Holders of a valid press card from an Italian or foreign journalists’ association.
We would like to emphasize that presenting a press card is generally not sufficient on its own for accreditation. The event organizer reserves the right to request further evidence to verify journalistic activity as per points a-d above.
Credentials must be submitted in Italian or English. The event organizer reserves the right, in individual cases, to also request the presentation of a valid photo ID. There is no automatic right to accreditation.
The following groups of people will not be accredited:
- Individuals without journalistic credentials, such as account managers, sales managers, advertising managers, webmasters, PR consultants, and private companions.
- Italian residents in Italy presenting a foreign press card.
- Individuals presenting a written assignment from a freelance journalist.
- Individuals active exclusively on social networks in a private capacity.
The person taking photos/videos will be responsible for any loss or damage occurring in connection with photography and filming. If necessary, the event organizer will exercise its rights as the premises owner. The internal regulations of the MalpensaFiere exhibition center must be respected at all times.

Relevant content in the form of text, photos, and/or videos related to the industry or the exhibition’s theme is published regularly, i.e., at least once a month, on the blog, YouTube channel, or Instagram account.
- The person requesting accreditation has regularly published, at least once a month, text, photos, and/or videos related to the exhibition’s theme under their own name on the blog, YouTube channel, or Instagram account.
- A maximum of two people who have published content at least once a month under their own name for the blog, YouTube channel, or Instagram account will be accredited.
- The blogger accreditation form is considered proof of identity and must be completed truthfully and in full.
- The blogger, YouTuber, or Instagrammer must also provide key performance indicators (KPIs) for the last six months, such as page impressions, unique visitors, or visit duration, etc., with screenshots. This information must be supported by tools such as Google Analytics: a screenshot will be accepted as proof.

- Corporate blogs
- Commercial/promotional YouTube or Instagram channels

The event organizer reserves the right to request further proof of journalistic activity in accordance with the points mentioned above. Credentials must be submitted in Italian or English.
The event organizer reserves the right, on a case-by-case basis, to also request the presentation of a valid photo ID.
There is no automatic right to accreditation.
The parties agree that, by granting permission to take photographs and film, the event organizer assumes no liability, and the person taking the photographs and videos releases the organizer from all third-party claims in this regard.
If necessary, the event organizer will exercise its rights as the premises owner. The internal regulations of the MalpensaFiere exhibition center must be respected at all times.
