LIVE FISH, CORALS & PLANTS EXHIBITION SPACE
Our mission is to create a vibrant, living exhibition, bringing as many live fish, corals and plants as possible to the fair.
Therefore, we have set an absolutely incredible price tag for those wishing to exhibit fish, corals and plants. Stand sizes are in 4×4 meter blocks, with the option to combine multiple blocks.
The space is rented bare but includes electricity. Network and RO water will be available, but we recommend all exhibitors manage their water supply independently to ensure the best conditions for fish, corals, and plants. We are, however, available to accommodate special requests.
Optional extras include white partition walls, additional electricity, and tables.
Prices for exhibition space related to fish, corals, and plants, start at €599 (VAT excluded).
Aquarium Technology & Accessories Exhibition Space
Thanks to the strong attendance recorded at previous editions, we believe that securing a booth at ACQUARIAITALIA 2026 represents an excellent opportunity to strengthen your company’s presence on the Italian market and increase visibility across Europe.
Exhibition spaces are organised into 4×4-metre modules, which can be combined to create larger areas.
Booths are provided bare, but include basic electrical supply. Upon request, additional services such as white partition walls, extra electricity and tables are available.
The cost for exhibition spaces dedicated to companies and stores starts at €1,199 (VAT excluded). Each booth must include at least one aquarium, even a small one, allowing us to better integrate your stand into our thematic visitor routes.
IMPORTANT: a 20% surcharge applies to exhibitors wishing to participate also on Monday, 21 September, a full day entirely dedicated to B2B interactions.
We strongly believe in the added value provided by this third day, and for this reason we have worked to keep its related costs as low as possible.
Thematic & RELAXATION Aquarium Areas
These areas are designed as relaxation spaces, where visitors can take a break and enjoy fully set-up aquariums in a calm and immersive environment.
Each area will feature aquariums and seating, allowing visitors to observe the displays comfortably and spend more time engaging with the exhibition.
Thematic and relaxation areas will be dedicated to specific aquarium styles or concepts and will be managed by the exhibiting companies. While not focused on direct sales, these spaces play an important role in enhancing visitor experience and showcasing aquariums in real-life, fully operational setups.
These areas also contribute to the educational pathways of the event, helping beginners and enthusiasts better understand aquarium design, livestock, and equipment through observation rather than explanation.

All bookings paid in full by January 31, 2026, will receive a 20% discount, making participation in the fair extremely advantageous.
- We will also apply an additional 5% discount for those who were exhibitors at the 2025 fair;
- 5% for sponsors of the DaniReef portal and for companies exhibiting in the Esotika 2025 circuit;
- 5% for those whose headquarters are located more than 500 km from Malpensa Fiere.
- An additional 5% for those whose headquarters are located more than 1,000 km from Malpensa Fiere.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Please note that, in order to maintain the professional and thematic focus of ACQUARIAITALIA only companies and/or shops with a valid VAT number are allowed to participate in the fair. Private individuals will not be permitted to reserve exhibition spaces. Companies renting booths must have aquariums (freshwater, marine, cold water, or ponds) as their core business. Other product categories will not be accepted.
